2. Description of Service
ClaudePaw provides a multi-tenant platform for deploying autonomous AI agents with tools, persistent memory, and composable skills. Service availability and features may vary by subscription plan.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You must not share API keys publicly or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
4. Usage and Billing
Usage is metered by tokens consumed. Paid plans include token allowances; overage is billed at the rates specified on the pricing page. You authorize recurring billing for your selected plan.
5. Acceptable Use
You must not use ClaudePaw agents to generate harmful, illegal, or deceptive content, attempt to circumvent rate limits or security controls, or interfere with the platform's operation.
6. Limitation of Liability
ClaudePaw is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from agent outputs, service interruptions, or data loss beyond the amount you have paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal.
